had a 5 day break, and now im back (christmas and terrible rainy/windy weather). got pretty warm recently, thanks to el nino or whatever.. headed up on my own, found george and andrew right off the bat, and richie showed up later. it had rained more than halfway up the mountain for the past couple days.. they reported 16" at the top and none at the base. super heavy and wet, but it didnt rain today (just a bit of snow) so it was dry, weather-wise. basically felt like hot pow/spring slush, but in december. fun day. even though its not the best snow, it dampened everything up and got rid of the near-ice we had been riding for a while.
